All applications are to be filed with the Recording Secretary and each application is to be read at the membership meeting following its receipt. At the next membership meeting the application will be voted upon by secret ballot with an affirmative vote of three-fourths of the members present and voting at that meeting required to elect the applicant.   Applications for membership who have been rejected by the Club may not reapply within six months. top
